1. Flesch reading
Flesch reading is all about how complex your content is. The content should always in a simple language. Therefore, can be readable to all. Flesch reading measures the length of your sentence & the average no. Of syllable per word in a sentence. A reading ease score of 60-70 is acceptable and normal for web copy.
2. Transition words
The words like ‘and’, ‘but’, ‘so’, ‘because’, etc. Shows the relationship between phrases, sentences or paragraphs. These words make the sentences easier to read.
For example: When we want to join two sentences we can use ‘and’. When we want to tell about the cause and effect then we can use ‘Therefore’, ‘as a result’. And many more transition can be found to make the sentences interesting.
3. Passive voice
To write an article we should always use active voice sentences. Because it is nice and easy to read, you should try to avoid passive voice. In sentences with passive voice, it remains unclear who or what is acting. This results in very distant writing. Texts using a lot of passive voice tend to be hard and unattractive to read. Avoid using (as much as you can) the passive voice altogether.
